WU Residence Accommodation fee

  • MALE: Single occupancy (5,000 THB/month)

Shared room: 2 persons (Male 2,500 THB/month each Person

  • FEMALE: Single occupancy (6,000 THB/month)

(Female 3,000 THB/month each person)

*Price is excluded electricity

*bedsheet and pillow are not provided

  • (MUST reserve at least 2 month in advance)

  • Dorm Rules

    The dormitory opens at 5:00 AM and closes at 12:00 AM. In cases students return to the dormitory after 12:00 AM, the security staff will record names.

    If students enter the dormitory late more than 23 time per semester/month, WU will make a letter to notify the student’s parents and student discipline committee to be informed.

     

    Behavior while in living in the WU dormitory

    • No smoking in the dormitory.
    • Do not install, add, or change equipment or durable goods in the dormitory.
    • Do not conduet business in the room or dormitory area without permission.
    • Pets are not allowed in the dormitory or dormitory ared without permission
    • Do not have or use electrical appliances that the university has rohibited in the dormitory.
    • Do not bring public equipment to be used as one’s own or in one’s room without permission.
    • Do not gamble or engage in gambling in the dormitory or university area
    • Do not consume alcohol or other drugs in the dormitory, dormitory area or university.
    • Prohibited possession of prohibited, illegal, or lethal weapons.
    • Do not steal or destroy other people’s property.
    • Do not use keys or other cojects that can be used instead of keys to enter other people’s rooms.
    • It is strictly forbidden to bring outsiders into the dormitory without permission
    • Do not give false information to staff or staff of the university.
    • Do not destroy university property.
    • Do not cause quarrels or participate in quarrels.
    • Do not physically harm other people and violate the rights of life and body.
    • Do not make noise to disturb others in the dormitory.
    • Pay the dormitory fee by the 15th of every month. including the actual use of electricity. Otherwise, the dormitory department, the property management center will lock CES system.
