The program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of international business practices and principles. The program consists of the distinct specializations of International Business studies. Each student can choose up to 30 ECTS credits studies from the International Business curriculum offerings at TAMK.
Please refer to below for the curriculum offered to the students. Students should complete a learning agreement with TAMK to confirm the courses before the study starts.
European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) is a tool of the European Higher Education Area for making studies and courses more transparent. It helps students to move between countries and to have their academic qualifications and study periods abroad recognized. The credits award program complies with the criteria set by the Finnish higher education quality assurance system as well as with the European framework for degrees and competencies. Tampere University of applied Sciences grants credits directly as ECTS. Each student can choose up to 30 ECTS credits studies from the International Business curriculum offerings at TAMK. 1 ECTS is equivalent to 27 hours of student work.

The application fee invoice will be sent to you soon after the initial acceptance letter. This fee will be due within 10 days of receiving your confirmation. The application fee is non-refundable even if you decide to cancel (see below).
If you’re unable to participate in the study abroad semester, you have the right to cancel your participation up to 1 month before the semester starts with no extra cost (the application fee will not be refunded, however). Let us know about your cancellation by writing us an email at info[at]asiaexchange.org. Cancellations notified via phone, SMS or by any other means will not be considered.
