Making studying abroad easy and affordable for everyone
Our goal is to provide amazing and life-changing study abroad semesters to as many students as possible. This is why we keep all the fees as low as possible as well. All our fees have been negotiated with each partner university individually.
Normally, you might have to pay as much as 10 000+ USD per semester to study abroad. And that’s not even including flights, accommodation and other costs of living.

The fee covers not only the tuition but many other services as well. Our quick and easy application procedure ensures that you won’t have to submit endless piles of documents with your application, and your study placement will also be quickly confirmed. This saves you a lot of time, effort, and worry. You will get to focus on matters: travel preparations and the life-changing experiences ahead.

The exact fees are as follows for our students. Please be aware that we have implemented a distinct market-based pricing model tailored for our students, depending on their country of residence.

APPLICATION FEE FOR STUDENT FROM EUROPE, ASIA, AND AFRICA
In addition to the tuition fee, we charge a non-refundable application fee of 75 EUR (100 EUR for HUFS full degree) for every application. The invoice for application fee will be sent shortly after you have submitted your application. The application fee is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
FEES FOR STUDENTS FROM NORTH/SOUTH AMERICA, AND Australia
The exact fees are as follows for our students. Please be aware that we have implemented a distinct market-based pricing model tailored for our students, depending on their country of residence.
All study programs are offered at a standard price of 4,200 USD
except for the following:

APPLICATION FEE FOR STUDENT FROM NORTH/SOUTH AMERICA, AND AUSTRALIA
In addition to the tuition fee, we charge a non-refundable application fee of 97 USD (147 USD for HUFS full degree) for every application. The invoice for application fee will be sent shortly after you have submitted your application. The application fee is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Please note that your bank may charge a service fee for an international bank transfer. Any banking fees must be covered by the student.
PAYMENT
The invoice for the tuition fee will be sent before the semester starts and is due one month before the semester starts.
FAQ
Usually, our students receive two invoices for their studies abroad, the application fee and the tuition fee invoice.
The invoice for the non refundable application fee will be sent together with the initial acceptance letter that you will receive within a week of applying. The application fee is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
The invoice for the tuition fee will be sent shortly after the application deadline ends. The deadline for the tuition fee payment is 30 days before the start of the semester.
All fees fee can be paid via wire transfer, credit card or PayPal. Furthermore, we reserve the right to add a 5% service fee to the invoices sent via PayPal.
The fees in Asia Exchange’s programs are market-based on the regular costs of education worldwide and across the board affordable. This is especially true when compared to other independent program providers, who can often charge several thousands of USD for a study abroad semester. Asia Exchange offers limited study abroad placements at the most affordable rates in the respective regions.

Costs related to travel and living expenses are not included in the fees. You are also responsible for getting a student visa and arranging your own accommodation.
While some study abroad providers might include these services in their fees, we want to keep our fees minimum and provide you with only what’s essential. We also believe in giving you the flexibility to organize your travels and ideal accommodation as you wish, according to your own budget and lifestyle. Taking care of these preparations is also a part of the study abroad experience itself.
If you apply for two semesters for the same or two different universities, you get a 100 EUR / 100 USD discount off the second semester’s tuition fee.
If you apply for the HUFS full degree at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, you save around 300 EUR off the first semester fees.
If you share the news of your application to Asia Exchange on Facebook or Instagram, you get a 10 EUR / USD discount off the tuition fee.
The application must be completely submitted by the application deadline, with all the required attachments. If the student applies for a study abroad program or submits required documents after the application period has ended, we are obliged to charge an additional fee of 100 EUR (or 100 USD for students from North/South America, and Oceania). The same fee may be charged for payments made after the payment due date.
Furthermore, please note that in the case of any late document submissions or payments, the study placement may not be guaranteed anymore.
